Michael Ricci

Michael “Mike” Ricci has broad based experience in all aspects of commercial and corporate legal practice and the real estate industry. Majority of legal practice involved Real Estate/Property Development and Management Transactional and Litigation Counseling, Financial Institution Litigation and Counseling, Professional Liability Defense, Construction Litigation and Counseling, and General Corporate Litigation and Counseling. He has served as outside General Advisory Counsel and litigation head to multiple Regional and Louisiana based companies including, for example, Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Company, Joule, Fuji Oil, Latter & Blum, Intelecom Consulting, Gardner Realtors, and Equilibrium Catalysts. He has also assisted and counseled a number of private real estate companies, investors and developers with their ownership, development, management, purchase and sale of multi-family residential and commercial property. After gaining several years of legal experience, Michael founded the Ricci Partners law firm with his father. The firm still specializes in corporate and commercial advice, litigation support, transactional work, and risk management across various industries, particularly in real estate, development, construction, and banking. Throughout his career, Michael has represented hundreds of professional real estate agents and numerous brokerages, defending them in litigation. He has also served as outside general counsel to some of Louisiana’s largest and most well-known real estate companies, including Rampart/Wurth. In 2025, Michael took on the role of Principal and Director at Rampart/Wurth Holding, Inc., where he led the company’s acquisition of NAI Latter & Blum Commercial Real Estate. Michael is deeply involved in all aspects of Rampart/Wurth’s day-to-day operations, strategic direction, and future plans.
