Born and raised in New Orleans, Maxwell graduated from Jesuit High School and Louisiana State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He serves on the NOMAR CID Board of Directors and is a member of the NOMAR CID Forecast Committee, which plans the annual Real Estate & Economic Forecast Symposium in New Orleans.
