Prior to joining NAI Rampart, Ben owned and managed Johnson Properties Inc. that became part of Latter & Blum Property Management and rebranded as Rampart Management. Ben also managed Latter & Blum’s Baton Rouge Commercial Sales and Leasing Division for 12 years. NAI Latter & Blum rebranded as NAI Rampart in 2025.
