Flo Meadows leads a Commercial Real Estate team with market expertise and extensive relationships in government, accounting, law, banking, and insurance.

Flo’s thirty-year career in commercial real estate includes development, financial analysis, consulting and brokerage in Louisiana and Texas. She specializes in Investment Sales, Land, and Retail. Her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and CPA designations uniquely qualify her to provide investors and end users with expertise in Site Selection, Acquisition, and Strategic Investment decisions.

Flo’s CPA career includes a decade as a Chief Financial Officer for 12 small businesses. She advised CEOs on development of business strategies and financial models, site selection, commercial real estate development, project management, and distribution channels.

As a strategic consultant, Flo guided several Healthcare multi-million dollar deals with major clients , including CVS Health and Epic Healthcare. Flo also led a real estate division that advised and sold troubled asset portfolios for financial institutions.

Focused on enriching the profession, she is former President of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter. With a passion for innovative community development and economic development, Flo has a long history of community leadership with a proven track record of high impact community accomplishments. She chaired the local chamber, economic development authority and Acadiana LCPA chapter. Her travels to ten countries, and her pursuit of lifelong learning fuel her community engagement.
