Bryant Cheely is a commercial real estate professional and AI strategist with over a decade of experience delivering data-driven insights and innovative solutions. As an Advisor at NAI Rampart CRE, he partners with investors, developers, and corporate clients—providing market research, financial analysis, site selection, demographic studies, risk management, asset management, leasing advisory, and tailored technology support.
Previously, Bryant served as Director of Single-Family Management for the largest third-party property management firm in the Gulf South, overseeing a 2.2 million sq ft residential portfolio and leading a high-performing team of real estate professionals. That foundation prepared him to expand into commercial brokerage, consulting, and technology integration.
As founder of Bryant Cheely Consulting, LLC, he advises real estate firms and startups on integrating AI/ML tools for market analysis, predictive modeling, and business intelligence, and acts as a strategic advisor on product strategy and go-to-market planning.
In January 2025, Bryant joined CCIM Technologies as a Product Specialist, where he collaborates with development teams to refine platform functionality, create user training programs, and ensure that Site To Do Business and other CRE tools deliver maximum value and usability for practitioners.
A CCIM candidate for designation, Bryant is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Louisiana Realtors Association, Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors (including the Commercial Investment Division), Institute of Real Estate Management, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He holds a Louisiana Real Estate Broker Associate license and contributes to professional and civic organizations including the Baton Rouge Area Chamber, Volunteers of America, Friends of the Animals Baton Rouge, and the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
Bryant has delivered sessions on AI in real estate for NAI Global and the CCIM Institute, appeared at multiple national industry conferences, and been a guest on leading real estate and technology podcasts.
Raised in Patterson, Louisiana, he resides in Baton Rouge with his wife, Teresa.
