Bobby has over 21 years of professional real estate experience, with heavy emphasis of office, warehouse, and light industrial properties. Bobby was responsible for starting the sales and leasing department for the developer of the Industriplex, one of the most successful office/warehouse/industrial developments in the state. Bobby has extensive knowledge of pre-engineered construction, and has completed Armco School of Steel Estimating, a program devoted to pre-engineered construction techniques and costs. A multi-million dollar producer for the past 10 years, Bobby joined NAI Rampart in late 1995. He was awarded the CCIM designation in June of 1996.
