Oni Ejezie-Watson is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor specializing in land acquisition, retail and grocery site selection, industrial and logistics strategy, office and multifamily advisory, and municipal corridor development across South Louisiana. Originally from Lagos, Nigeria, Oni developed her entrepreneurial foundation by helping manage her family’s business, where she learned the importance of discipline, resilience, and exceptional client service. She later worked in London with AXA, where she consistently exceeded performance expectations and trained new recruits, building strong leadership and communication skills.

After relocating to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Oni built her commercial real estate practice from the ground up, earning the trust of property owners, developers, municipalities, and business leaders through persistence, market knowledge, and a relationship driven approach.

Today, she advises cities, property owners, developers, investors, and expanding brands on opportunities across Louisiana’s emerging industrial and energy corridors, including Ascension, Iberville, St. James, Plaquemines, and the Capital Region.
