7. Rampart as a Processor / Service Provider

In some situations, we process personal information on behalf of our clients in our role as a processor or service provider. Where that is the case, our client determines the purpose and means of processing, and their privacy policy and contractual agreement with us govern that data. If your request relates to such information, we may redirect you to the relevant client.

8. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Information collected through our website may be stored and processed in the United States or in other countries where Rampart, its affiliates, or service providers maintain facilities.

We use physical, administrative, and technical safeguards designed to preserve the integrity and security of information collected through the Service. Outside of platform services, mobile information used for internal messaging purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, except where legally required.

This portion of our Privacy Policy applies only to residents of the State of Nevada. We may sell covered information as defined under Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes.
