Background & Experience
With nearly two decades of deep-rooted experience in the Louisiana real estate market, Erin Bridges Van Wey offers a level of expertise that few can match. Her commitment to the region started long before her professional career; as a graduate of St. Amant High School, Erin grew up with a deep appreciation for the unique character and community of the Gulf South.
Erin has spent the last 19 years mastering the real estate industry from the inside out. Her career began in the residential sector, where she spent 9 years with CLK Multifamily Management. Starting as a Leasing Agent and working her way up to Assistant Property Manager, she learned early on that real estate is, first and foremost, about people.
In 2016, Erin joined the NAI Latter & Blum family (now NAI Rampart) as an Administrative Assistant. This role gave her a front-row seat to the high-level operations of the state’s leading firm, teaching her the business from the ground up—from the smallest operational details to the complexities of large-scale assets. Over her 10-year tenure with NAI, she evolved alongside the company, specializing in Commercial Office Management and mastering the complexities of operational strategy.
Today, Erin leverages a unique 50/50 split of expertise: a decade of commercial precision combined with nine years of multifamily experience. This 360-degree perspective allows her to protect owner investments while maximizing tenant satisfaction. Whether you are navigating a complex commercial lease or seeking a dedicated partner for your property portfolio, Erin brings nearly 20 years of “boots on the ground” experience to ensure your success.
Erin has a deep passion for gardening—especially flowers—and loves the peace of being outdoors. Above all, she cherishes time spent with her family. Erin is happily married to her husband, Brett, and is a proud “Lion Mom” to her daughter, Addison, who is currently attending Southeastern Louisiana University.
