Nick graduated with a degree in Economics from the Ole Miss Business School. He began his real estate career in 2011 managing short-term rental properties in New Orleans and the Mississippi Gulf Coast, gaining hands-on experience in property operations, tenant relations, and customer service.

In 2015, Nick became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and joined Latter & Blum’s Historic Districts Office, where he focused on residential sales and leasing. Through community involvement and effective online marketing, he built a strong client base and consistent deal flow early in his career.

As his career progressed, Nick expanded his focus to long-term rental and investment properties, managing assets end-to-end—from leasing and tenant relations to maintenance and capital improvements. As a landlord himself, he brings a practical, owner’s perspective to every assignment.

Now with over 15 years in the industry, Nick’s depth of experience and hands-on approach make him a trusted advisor at NAI Rampart Commercial Real Estate. His background in economics and real-world operations help clients navigate market dynamics to make informed real estate decisions.
