Born and raised in New Orleans, Mignon is a graduate of St. Mary’s Dominican High School and the University of Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. She began her commercial real estate career in Atlanta, spending five years focused on retail landlord representation at Stream Realty and Colliers International, serving a range of local to institutional clients across a portfolio of grocery-anchored centers, lifestyle centers, and mixed-use retail projects throughout the Metro Atlanta area.
In early 2020, Mignon returned to New Orleans and joined NAI Rampart, formerly Latter & Blum, as a third-generation commercial sales and leasing agent, following in the footsteps of her grandfather, Murdock Richard, and her father, Paul Richard. She specializes in retail landlord and tenant representation, with a portfolio spanning the Greater New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas. In addition to her retail focus, Mignon and her father serve as Real Estate Advisors to the Jefferson Parish School Board (JPSB), the Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB), and the Archdiocese of New Orleans.
Outside of NAI Rampart, Mignon earned her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in October 2023 and currently serves as Secretary of the Louisiana CCIM Chapter. She is a REALTOR® member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® Commercial Investment Division (NOMAR CID), where she serves as President of the Board of Directors. She is a three-time past Chairman of the annual Economic and Real Estate Forecast Symposium, remains active on its planning committee, and looks forward to the 16th Annual Forecast scheduled for October 8, 2026, at the Jefferson Performing Arts Center. Additionally, she serves on the Louisiana REALTORS® Executive Committee as the 2026 Commercial Division Director and on the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB) Board of Directors.
Mignon’s deep commitment to leadership development and community engagement is reflected in her completion of three impactful programs over the past four years: Loyola University’s Women’s Leadership Academy (2023), the Louisiana REALTORS® Leadership Program (2025), and Leadership Jefferson (2026), a program of the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce.
Throughout her career, Mignon has been celebrated for her contributions to the commercial real estate industry. NOMAR CID has recognized her twice: with the 2022 Rising Star Award for excellence in sales, leadership, and community involvement, and the 2024 Service to the Industry Award for exceptional service to the Board, its members, and the community. Most recently, she was selected as a 2025 National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Commercial Award recipient, celebrating REALTORS® who go above and beyond in service, leadership, and contributions to the commercial real estate industry.
Mignon and her husband, Daniel, reside in Metairie with their two black labs, Bella and Rosie, where they are active parishioners at St. Angela Merici Church. She is a Core Team member of the Women on Fire ministry, whose purpose is to help women experience a life-changing encounter with Christ to become better daughters, sisters, wives, mothers, and friends, and a member of the ACTS (Adoration, Community, Theology, and Service) Retreat community, a parish-based Catholic weekend retreat fostering intentional discipleship, building relationships with Christ, and strengthening parish communities. Mignon looks forward to joining the Pastoral Council at the start of the 2026-2027 school year.
